Home visits within 15 km of the studio
Your therapist arrives with a folding table, fresh linens, oils, and music, then packs it all away afterwards. All you need is a quiet room with about 2 × 3 metres of floor.
Tidewell opened in 2019 with two therapists, three rooms, and one rule: nobody leaves feeling hurried.
Maya Okafor spent ten years in busy physio clinics, where sessions ran back to back and the next person was often waiting outside the door. Good work happened, but nobody really relaxed.
So when she opened Tidewell, she built the schedule around one change: thirty minutes between every guest. That time is for resetting the room, warming fresh linens, and making sure the person in front of us gets the whole hour they paid for.
We’re still small on purpose. Four therapists, three treatment rooms, and a lounge where the kettle is always on.
We check in early and often. Lighter, firmer, or “leave my feet alone” are all welcome at any point.
We suggest an add-on only if you ask what might help. Nobody is selling you products while you’re face down.
With your permission, we keep short notes on what worked, so you don’t have to explain your shoulders again next time.

Every therapist is licensed, insured, and has at least five years of hands-on experience.
All of our therapists hold state massage therapy licences and complete at least 24 hours of continuing education each year. Lena is certified in prenatal massage, and Tomás in sports therapy.

Weekday daytime slots are often free the same week. Evenings and weekends fill up five to seven days ahead, so book earlier if you need those times.
Yes. We have two rooms side by side, so you and a partner or friend can have treatments at the same time. Book each person separately and add a note, and we’ll line them up.
We bring chair or table massage to offices and events for groups of six or more. Use the form above and tell us the date, location, and rough headcount.
Many plans cover massage with a referral. We give you an itemised receipt with our therapists’ licence numbers so you can claim it back.
Every room is on the ground floor and step-free, and our tables lower to wheelchair height. Let us know about anything else that would help.
